To ensure we can accommodate other clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. This gives us the opportunity to offer that time slot to someone else if you can no longer make it. If you cancel or reschedule between 48 and 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hrs you will be charged 100% of your service fee. You may also send someone in your place if you are unable to make it.
